I recently had a very disappointing experience with a this company who came to inspect my Ac which was installed by them couple of years back. After a thorough check, he provided advice that I later discovered to be deceitful. He recommended me have to change motherboard of furnance which pass electricity to AC and cost for repair he told me $850 plus labour. Trusting his expertise, I scheduled another professional for a second opinion, only to find out that my furnace and and AC was in good working order and did not require any of the expensive repairs he suggested. All it needed was broken wire that need to fix and it took only $80 to fix it. Not &1000($850plus labour). He never said that he will not work on furnance. I felt misled and taken advantage of, as the initial technician seemed more interested in upselling unnecessary services rather than providing honest and reliable advice. I cannot recommend this furnace technician to anyone seeking trustworthy and professional service. Be cautious and consider getting a second opinion before committing to any recommended repairs.
